Common themes throughout my service repair period on my 32 foot yacht were the attention to detail and superior customer service I received. The owner himself took care of all my complex requirements to practically resurrect a deteriorating vessel from 1979. It was carefully and meticulously rebuilt starting with both Mercruiser engines whose parts are often difficult to get. Due to the highly experienced owner, (Mr. Tajik) what parts were not found were custom built at no cost to me. His vast level of networked support venders and knowledgeable service repair experts allowed him to do what most yacht service companies would dare not do. And most of the complicated technical repair was completed by his own hand. Every effort was made to complete every task with a serious level of commitment to “doing it right”and in compliance with all know safety and government agency (Coast Guard) directives. There were also a great many time-consuming tasks that were performed (high volumes of labor) that he did at very reasonable rates or did not charge. Every aspect of the boat from mechanical to the aesthetic was performed with great refinement to include a complete resurfacing of the boats exterior, making the heavily oxidized surfaces look like new by methodical sanding and then layers of appropriately prescribed and timed surface materials. To the degree that yacht services, due to the nature of them being a high end luxury endeavor are not usually always this customer oriented, I would say that if you want your yacht fixed to a high degree of safety, performance and functional cosmetics, then Bulletproof Marine Services LLC is your answer.
