I am from Willard Marine, we had two 34 Crystaliner Cal-State Lifeguard boats that we manufactured and came back two years later on warranty. The issues it came back with were paint issues and other miscellaneous problems. I took some photos and headed to google to search for marine boat painters near me in Oceanside, Vista, and San Diego. I contacted 5 different painters and told them what job I needed, I needed full paint touchups, repaint dodger and inside deck for the first boat, and paint touch ups as well as polishing, paint touch ups, and pod repair on the second within 2 and a half weeks. Out of those 5 only 1 marine painter was able to accept the job, it was Bulletproof Marine. They accepted the rush on both of these 2 34 crystalliners knowing they would have to spend days and nights to complete this in time. Joe was a big help in getting updates to me along the way, which helped visibility for the project overall. Joe told me to come down to the shop and check the finished product out before I accepted it and paid the remaining 50% of the project. I was astonished at how well the paint turned out as it was very glossy and glowing just how it was originally intended to be. He also polished the railing and did some additional work for free in which he did not have to. He gave me multiple discounts on top of those. The boat arrived back to our facility perfectly and we were very happy with how it turned out. He picked up the second boat from there and got to work, returned 5 days later with all of the issues I wanted addressed completed. Delivery was smooth and easy. Both products turned out better than I had expected. We could not have delivered these to the lifeguards in time without Bulletproof Marine/Joe's help. These boats are important to ocean rescues, as we have repaired one before and got it back to the lifeguards before a big weekend. A Cal-State rep had emailed my director of manufacturing and informed him that the boat we had repaired saved 20 lives over the course of 2 days. This goes to show how important Bulletproof Marine was to us and the rush job they did for our company and the Lifeguards. Thank you Bulletproof Marine for the amazing job you guys did! Joe and his team are incredible. I completely trust Joe with my repairs and his advice. Joe has helped me out with critical and unplanned repairs to my engine exhaust system as well as last-minute saving me with hydraulic fluid. He is always responsive and honest. I would gladly recommend Joe to anyone and I use him regularly. I admit that I don't often like to make reviews, but I have no problem recommending Joe.

The team brought new life back to the boat while preserving the clean, classic look that fits the X10. Joe installed a new power plant in our boat, rebuilt the outdrive, and went through the entire vessel from top to bottom to make sure everything was operating safely and reliably.
